Start date of employment is 16.11.2026. As a receptionist, you work alone. We operate on a 2-shift system from 06:30 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 21:30. Good Finnish and English language skills. Other languages are an advantage. Responsible for answering the phone and handling individual reservations. Assist guests from check-in to check-out. We use Hotellinx Cloud. You are not required to have this skill initially; training will be provided when you start. Use of email. Assist in the restaurant/bar if needed. Hygiene and alcohol pass are an advantage but can be obtained after starting work with employer support.
