The duties include both pre-preparations and serving during the evening as part of the team. There is an opportunity to work at Ruka Kuksa or Ruka Salon, or for those seeking variety, to work at both locations. Requirements include vocational training in the field and at least 2 years of experience in preparing à la carte dishes. A genuine desire to create memorable experiences for customers and to produce high-quality food. We require a proactive attitude in the busy season and the ability to work independently as well as with colleagues.
