Special Education Teacher Position - Lopen kunta - Loppi, Finland

The education services of the municipality of Loppi at Läyliäinen School have extended the application deadline for the special education teacher position until June 12, 2026. Applications received by this date will be considered in the final selection. We are seeking a special education teacher for Läyliäinen School for a permanent position starting August 1, 2026. The special education teacher will work with grades 1-6. We value good communication and group management skills, as well as a positive and child-centered approach. The applicant should be willing to participate in our school’s teamwork and act as an active member of the work community. Qualifications are determined according to the decree on the qualifications of teaching staff (986/1998). The selected candidate must present an acceptable medical certificate of health and a criminal record extract related to work with children and young people, as required by law (504/2002). The probation period is six (6) months. Original qualification certificates will be requested for review during the interview. Salary is determined according to the municipal collective agreement for teaching staff (OVTES). Loppi municipality pays a special allowance of approximately 230 euros to each teacher, in addition to any TVA supplement.
