As a TIG welder, you will work as part of production and participate in the manufacturing of various structures, components, and assemblies. The work is practical and requires careful attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality results in varying production needs. Your tasks may include: * TIG welding of different metal components and structures * manufacturing and assembly of parts according to technical drawings * ensuring weld quality and finishing work * collaborating with the production team * contributing to smooth and safe production The work is carried out in Turku in a production environment that values professionalism, precision, and the ability to work as part of a skilled team. What do we expect from you? We hope you have previous experience in TIG welding and are ready to independently handle production tasks. * Previous experience as a TIG welder * Ability to read technical drawings * Careful and precise work approach * Experience in manufacturing metal structures or industrial components * Good attitude towards work and teamwork * Commitment to safe work practices and high-quality workmanship We also value previous experience with demanding assemblies, handling different materials, and working in a machine shop or equipment manufacturing environment. Valid welding certifications or other relevant training are a plus but not mandatory.
