You serve customers, maintain high store standards, and promote sales results while developing valuable retail skills in a fast-paced environment. Sales and Customer Service · Greet every customer and provide excellent service · Use your product knowledge in sales activities · Actively participate in achieving and exceeding store goals Visual Merchandising and Store Standards · Keep the store tidy, stocked, and well-presented · Follow and support Sports Direct’s visual guidelines Operational Tasks · Assist with receiving and processing deliveries · Ensure prices are correct and up-to-date · Participate in stock takes and inventory management WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU · Customer-oriented attitude and interest in retail · Confident, friendly, and clear communication skills · Flexibility and ability to adapt to business needs · Goal-oriented and motivated to contribute to team success · Pride in representing Sports Direct’s brand and values · Willingness to work varying shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays) Your Development with Us You will receive comprehensive training at the store at the start of your employment.
