We are now looking for a business-oriented Legal Trainee to support Matrix42’s international legal function in its various daily tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include drafting and commenting commercial agreements across jurisdictions in Europe, assisting in data protection matters, planning and implementing contract management processes and AI-enabled legal workflows, corporate governance tasks of an international software business, supporting in corporate development and M&A activities, and other team tasks. The position is part-time and fixed-term until 31.12.2026, based in Espoo, Finland, with a hybrid working option. You can start immediately or at the end of summer.
