Join Hyria! We encourage enthusiasm and success. We are seeking a permanent multiservice worker for Hyvinkää starting 1 October 2026 (or by agreement). Your duties primarily include ensuring the Kruunu campus is clean together with other team members. You will also be prepared to assist at the Ruokkis student cafeteria as needed. Your colleague is a cleaning robot and there will be varying campus students. You are the right person if you have a suitable cleaning services qualification and strong, diverse practical experience in various cleaning tasks. We also value experience working in a restaurant and guiding students; experience in a professional kitchen in the restaurant sector is an asset. The job is mainly day work, but you should be ready for occasional different hours. The primary work site is Hyvinkää Kruunu (Kauppalankatu 18), but you may substitute at other campuses as well. The work suits you if you meet students confidently and guide their activities constructively in the right direction. At Hyria we help our learners toward employment and further studies. Terms of employment and pay are determined by the Collective Agreement for Administrative and Support personnel in Private Education Sector. The job-specific pay is determined by the demanding group 2 and is 1,979.38 €/month. In addition, seniority-based pay is paid according to the collective agreement. There is a probation period. In addition to the primary site, the job area includes the Hyria consortium operations area.
