We are seeking an assistant through the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County for a permanent position for a 62-year-old woman in Leivonmäki. The employer has paralysis on the left side and moves in a wheelchair. The assistant is needed to help with transfers to and from the wheelchair. The work involves 5 hours per week for daily activities and 15 hours per month for leisure activities. Work shifts are planned within the employment relationship. Responsibilities include assisting with errands, cleaning, and leisure activities. Salary: Heta Collective Agreement A 13.23 €/h + possible experience bonuses. Employment relationships are always private. The person selected for the position will be employed as a representative of the assisted person/guardian. Notification of interview/employment decision will be given personally. The assistant is expected to have good nerves and a sense of humor. The workplace is non-smoking. Work begins once a suitable assistant is found. The employer has the right to request a criminal record extract from the employee working with elderly and disabled persons once the employment begins (Social and Health Care Supervision Act 741/2023, Section 28).
