K-klinikka provides rehabilitative substitution treatment aimed at motivating and supporting clients towards sobriety and overall life management, as well as reducing the harms caused by substance use. We are seeking a counselor for a fixed-term position from June 1 to August 16, 2026. The counselor's duties include medication administration and distribution, therapeutic discussions, individual appointments, network meetings, development of treatment and rehabilitation plans, taking drug screening samples, and other tasks related to the implementation of substitution treatment. This is a day shift position, which includes regular weekend shifts approximately once a month and public holiday shifts. The ideal candidate has a practical nurse qualification, knowledge of medication management, and experience in psychosocial rehabilitation. Experience in substitution treatment and good individual and team working skills are also valued. Proficiency in Finnish is required. The role requires completion of LOVe medication management exams and vaccination against infectious diseases as per sections 48 and 48a of the Infectious Diseases Act.
