We are now looking for a Construction Project Manager. Specialists in data centers and industry, come build a better future with us! We seek skilled individuals to solve the challenges of construction management for data center and industrial projects in interesting projects within a growing and development-oriented work community. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of our unit’s management team and responsible for leading and developing construction management services. You will oversee the execution, quality, and success of designated demanding industrial and/or data center projects, acting as the leader and trailblazer of the construction management team. Your role includes participating in sales and tender activities and managing customer relationships. You will grow our existing customer base through your network and new customer acquisition. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the best possible customer experience. You will participate in contract activities and collaborate actively with designers, contractors, and authorities. You will serve as a team leader within the unit, responsible for team building and growth. Managing resources, development, and well-being at work are important parts of your role. You will also be involved in project management and construction management tasks for demanding construction projects, ensuring project schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met. The role requires a driver’s license and the ability to use your own car. The designated work locations are Espoo, Tampere, Oulu, Turku, Kuopio, Joensuu, or Lappeenranta. We require a suitable degree for the position, and a formal construction management qualification (RAP, RAPS) is considered an advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish is required, and on an international market, we are interested to hear if you can work also in English.
