Seinäjoen Voimistelijat has been selected to participate in the national development project of the Finnish Gymnastics Federation, aimed at building a more inclusive, accessible, and diverse gymnastics community. We are now seeking a project worker to implement and develop the project's objectives within our club. **Project Worker for a Fixed-term Project** Your tasks will include developing our club's activities to ensure that everyone can practice gymnastics in a safe, accepting, and inclusive environment. The work includes: - Developing equality and diversity work within the club - Planning and implementing new operational models - Collaborating with the Gymnastics Federation and other project clubs - Organizing events, training sessions, and workshops - Engaging participants and families in developing activities - Communication and reporting on the project We hope you have: - Interest in equality and diversity work - Good interaction and organizational skills - Initiative and proactive work attitude - Experience working with children, youth, or in sports activities - Communication skills and the ability to motivate people to participate Previous experience in club activities, project work, or the sports sector is considered an advantage.
