As a document management specialist, you will be responsible for operating and supporting project documentation and information management. Your task is to ensure that project documentation is well-structured, managed, easily accessible, and compliant with agreed standards, contractual requirements, and project practices. In this role, you will be part of the PMO function and work closely with the design and PIM/BIM teams to support efficient project implementation. Your duties include using, maintaining, and supporting the project document management system, applying document management methods and workflows, coordinating access rights and distribution matrices, and monitoring the status, quality, and compliance of documents. We are looking for candidates for sites across Finland. This role involves travel, and you should be prepared to visit various construction sites frequently. The work is primarily on project sites. Keys to success in this role: To succeed, you should have 3–5 years of experience in document and information management in industrial or infrastructure construction projects, and be able to take responsibility for the use of document management systems and support structured information management between design, technical, and project teams. You should have a good understanding of project implementation and information management processes and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. You have a suitable educational background and good communication skills. Your language skills enable you to work in Finnish and English on our projects.
