We are looking for a full-time, energetic, and proactive customer service worker. This position is suitable for someone who enjoys both routines and varied tasks, can handle stressful situations with composure, and wants to serve customers seamlessly and professionally. In this role, you will create positive experiences that address customers' daily needs. The tasks include: Customer service via phone and email, Recording and processing service requests in systems, Distributing and managing keys, Communicating with customers, residents, and partners, Coordinating maintenance tasks and handling work orders. Work can sometimes be hectic, so success in this role requires resilience, an efficient work approach, and the ability to maintain a professional and friendly, solution-oriented attitude even in challenging customer situations. The position requires: Previous experience in property services, Customer-oriented approach and prior experience in customer service tasks, Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously, Self-motivation and a positive attitude, as well as a desire to develop professionally, Fluent Finnish and English skills; additional languages are an advantage. In customer service roles, you will get to familiarize yourself with various locations and customers, and see firsthand how cooperation between different companies and sites functions as part of property services. The work is primarily performed on-site in the Vantaa area. We operate at several locations in Helsinki and Vantaa. Work shifts may vary between locations.
