All product development and testing takes place at our locations in Kuopio and Denmark, but we also have a subsidiary in Sweden and Hong Kong. Our main brands are e.g. Best Friend®, Hurtta® and Racinel®, and we also represent top international brands such as Flexi and our products are widely distributed globally. We are now looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in Kuopio. In this role, you will become the local IT expert supporting our Finnish operations while working closely with colleagues across the Nordic organization. You will join a lean and collaborative IT team, working together with our IT Infrastructure Architect based in Denmark. This is a broad and hands-on role combining end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, infrastructure maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring that our employees have the tools, systems and support they need to perform at their best. The position offers a great opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys variety, independence and close interaction with end users while also contributing to the development of a modern IT environment. The role is based in Kuopio and follows a hybrid working model, combining office presence and remote work approximately 50/50. As the local IT specialist supporting Finnish operations, regular on-site presence is important, while offering flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. Key responsibilities include providing end-user support, managing user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, supporting endpoint devices, administering Microsoft 365 services, supporting Windows Server and network infrastructure, onboarding new employees, creating documentation, participating in IT projects, and working with external IT partners. Technical environment includes Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server, network infrastructure, NinjaOne, and various business systems including ERP environments. The environment is continuously developing towards cloud-based solutions. We are looking for a service-minded and versatile IT professional with experience in IT support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, endpoint management, and troubleshooting. Fluency in Finnish and English is required. Beneficial skills include experience with Microsoft Power Platform, modern workplace technologies, IT projects, ERP, international organizations, and emerging technologies. Krav

  • Previous experience in IT support, service desk, IT specialist or similar roles
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or Azure AD
  • Experience with Windows Server environments
  • Understanding of endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune
  • General understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with ticketing systems
  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills
