Carestep is a social, non-profit cleaning company that provides high-quality and responsible cleaning services in the Helsinki metropolitan area, opening doors to employment for people with barriers to employment. The company pays above the collective agreement minimum, ensures quality work, maintains clear schedules, and prefers permanent employment over temporary agency work. All profits are used for employee training and career guidance. We are a five-year-old growing company with about twenty employees from diverse backgrounds. We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic Service Supervisor to help build something meaningful. As a Service Supervisor, your role is versatile and can be shaped by you. Your main responsibilities include operational management, practical work, and sales. You will act as a supervisor for your team, handle new site startups, work scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, process development, and documentation. You will ensure customer retention and satisfaction, monitor work quality, handle inventory orders, participate in cleaning tasks if needed, and price additional cleaning, prepare offers, and coordinate with the operations manager. The office is located in Espoo at Keilaranta 5, and the work location covers the entire Helsinki metropolitan area. A driver’s license is essential. The salary range is approximately 2750-2950€/month. The job is full-time (37.5 hours/week), permanent, with flexible working hours mainly on weekdays. The role focuses on people, including clients and the team, which currently consists of about twenty people from various nationalities including FI, EE, PH, IQ, AF, UA, XK, NP. Successful candidates will have solid cleaning experience, a relevant qualification, knowledge of cleaning methods, and a driver’s license. Proficiency in English and Finnish is required, with English being the primary working language.
