Lähihoitaja / Ämmänsaaren Service Home We are looking for Practical Nurse to work in a permanent position at Ämmänsaaren Service Home/Care Home Muistola. The qualification requirement for a practical nurse is a social and health care basic degree or equivalent, as specified in the law (272/2005) section 8, suitable for the task. We also consider final-year practical nurse students. We require vaccination protection according to infectious diseases law. The task involves nursing care for residents in assisted living. We provide resident-centered and high-quality care in a multidisciplinary work community, in cooperation with residents’ relatives and necessary networks. We have a personal nurse model. The personal nurse is responsible, together with multidisciplinary staff, for the resident’s care and service plan and RAI functional capacity assessments. The work includes planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care in collaboration with the team. The work is three-shift work. Experience and genuine willingness to work in elderly and disability care are considered an advantage.
