Work sites may include hospital wards, emergency/urgent care, or maternity and pediatric consultations. Additional details about substitute, permanent, and temporary work: * Duration of substitute positions (typically 1-6 months) and working hours are agreed upon flexibly according to your availability. * For temporary work, you decide when to work and can book shifts conveniently via our mobile app. * For substitute and temporary shifts arranged through MediPower, individual salary offers are 45 €/h. Job requirements: * You must have at least a medical license and be authorized to practice medicine in Finland under the Act on Healthcare Professionals (559/1994) without restrictions.
