Raktar Oy is looking for a growth manager to build and expand its business in the Oulu region. Our operations are based on expert services in the construction sector, such as condition assessments and surveys. These also lead to renovation projects. We are seeking a person who can acquire new customers and develop sales in the long term. Job Tasks - acquiring new customers (property managers, real estate agents, housing companies) - selling survey and assessment services - increasing the number of bids - building and maintaining customer relationships - participating in the development of the company's operations What We Expect - initiative and proactive work attitude - courage to contact new customers - interest in sales and customer work - ability to work independently Experience in the construction or real estate sector is considered an advantage but is not essential.
