We are looking for a person who: Wants to be part of a fun and exciting team at NCH Europe's Maintenance Sales Unit, which is growing at a historic pace. You have a passion and interest in sales and customer relationships, with a 'let's go get it' attitude. No previous experience with lubricants or sales is required, only strong evidence from previous roles and that you reside in the Tampere area. Who are we? Our Maintenance Sales Unit builds customer relationships across various industries (e.g., manufacturing, mining, transportation) and supplies our customers with top-quality lubricants, fuel additives, motor oils, and much more. As a Sales Representative at NCH Europe's Maintenance Sales Unit, you will visit our customers to foster a similar environment, developing and promoting our business partnerships. You will feel comfortable both in the workshop and in the office with clients. Our customers will see you as a trusted partner thanks to our innovative sales process. This means a varied daily routine that demands efficiency and independence. You will represent and showcase the best products in the industry. It involves understanding the customer's business and finding solutions tailored to their needs. To achieve this, you will need to build a broad network of contacts at the customer site and be good at establishing long-term customer relationships.
