The Technician is responsible for testing, cleaning, and performing minor repairs on incoming equipment. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to our company's mission and values. You should be able to learn as you work and be capable of handling fast-paced, frequently changing workflow. Technicians contribute greatly to a positive customer experience on all stages and the overall efficiency of our operations. **Responsibilities** - Identifying & testing incoming gear to evaluate condition and provide accurate information. - Cleaning gear, including digital sensors, to ensure quality and functionality. - Performing minor repairs, such as light seal replacements, lens cleaning, etc. - Learning checking techniques and sharing knowledge with team members. - Contributing to process improvement. - Communicating effectively with other teams.
