At Joblink, you do gig work at various retail locations during shifts you choose yourself. You work flexibly according to your own schedule. It is good to know that gig work often follows our clients' seasonal peaks – during busy times, there are many shifts, and during quieter seasons, fewer. Your own flexibility, attitude, and activity influence how many shifts are offered to you. The work site affects the flow of your days: in smaller local stores, you perform all tasks from cashiering to shelf stocking during one shift, while in large hypermarkets, you focus on one task during your shift. As a gig worker, you enjoy variety and have the courage to take on multiple different work sites. We hope you have good social skills and are enthusiastic about meeting new people. You need fluent Finnish language skills for the job, and you must be at least 18 years old.
