Snow Workers Oy / JH-Kiinteistöpesut is recruiting energetic, freelance workers for on-call snow removal work in the Helsinki metropolitan area for the winter season 2026–2027. The job is on a gig basis: you work shifts according to your own schedule and the weather. Tasks include hand snow removal (clearing entrances on stairwells and common areas) and snow shedding from roofs. We expect fluent Finnish, flexibility and a proactive attitude—snow work is done when conditions require. Desirable experience in hand snow work and/or roof snow shedding, own car, and driver's license. You will work as a freelancer.
