We are looking for an experienced building services construction consultant for a permanent position in Vantaa. The role offers a comprehensive opportunity for an experienced construction consultant, where the selected person can demonstrate their professionalism by coordinating larger and more complex construction and renovation projects, with the freedom and responsibility to execute their work. The role includes managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously. Your daily work will emphasize: - Building automation and building services: Expert management and integration of systems during different project phases. - Project management: Guiding design, defining goals and scope, and monitoring projects in terms of budget, schedule, and quality objectives. - Stakeholder collaboration: Coordinating designers, contractors, and other technical experts to ensure building automation and building services solutions meet client and project requirements. Are you our expert? We require applicants to have: - A university degree (Master of Science or Bachelor of Engineering), strong expertise in building automation, and at least three years of experience in building services. - Experience in construction consulting roles. - Project management experience and the ability to coordinate complex projects emphasizing energy-efficient and technologically advanced solutions. - Courage, precision, and systematic approach to responsible tasks.
