Amos Law Office is a growing and agile law firm in Helsinki city center, formed by three lawyers. We handle a variety of legal assignments, including family and estate law, dispute resolution, and criminal law. In our small office, the work is diverse, practical, and meaningful, and no two days are exactly the same. Each team member's contribution is visible in the daily operations. We are now looking for a legal secretary for a permanent position. As a legal secretary, you will be a key support in our office's daily activities. You will ensure that ongoing matters run smoothly and support our lawyers in their daily work. The role suits someone who enjoys a varied and independent role, and for whom accuracy, organization, and good service attitude are natural parts of the work. Your responsibilities will vary from handling routine office matters to providing practical support to lawyers. Your tasks include, for example: Managing routine office tasks, Preparing, managing, and archiving documents, Communicating with clients, authorities, and other parties via phone and email, Other administrative and support tasks related to the office and lawyers. We expect from you: Appropriate education and experience or other skills in the legal field, either in the private or public sector, A proactive customer service attitude and a solution-oriented approach to new matters and sometimes rapidly changing situations, Fluent Finnish and good English language skills, Good IT skills, especially proficient use of MS Office programs, Responsibility, a proactive attitude, and attention to detail, Willingness to participate in developing office practices and grow together with the office.
