Family daycare providers at Kultapalat care for a maximum of four children per group. The small group size allows for a variety of activities during the day, which you can decide yourself! We provide the framework for activities, but you retain the freedom to organize your work. In addition to the flexibility, the average monthly income from the work is approximately €3000, with four children and seven weeks of holiday per year. The work is carried out as a franchisee within the Kultapalat chain. Don't be intimidated by the word entrepreneur; we have prepared everything for you. You do not need prior business experience, as long as you are passionate about early childhood education and get along well with adults. With us, you can achieve a higher income level, plan your workdays independently, and offer little ones valuable lessons and cherished memories that last a lifetime. We expect from you: Experience in early childhood education, suitable education or willingness to study alongside work, a safe and clean home, a clean criminal record and good credit history, a desire to innovate in early childhood education, good communication skills, cooking skills.
