Restaurangservitör

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled servers for our restaurants. If you enjoy diverse customer service work and value energetic teamwork, you may be the right fit. As a waiter, your role focuses on high-quality service for restaurant guests and ensuring their comfort. You will serve both tourists and locals, handle order taking and serving, and participate in the overall smooth operation of the restaurant together with the team. Core duties include taking orders, delivering dishes, handling customer interactions professionally, maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant, handling billing and payments, and, if needed, assisting with breakfast service and/or the bar. We are seeking someone with prior experience in restaurant customer service; a proactive and initiative-taking attitude, strong collaboration and communication skills, fluency in Finnish and English (other languages are a plus), and flexibility with varying shifts. Willingness to adapt to shifts and, if applicable, possess an alcohol service passport. What we offer: a cheerful and motivating work community at the best location in Levi, thorough onboarding, opportunities to build expertise in the hospitality industry, varied tasks and genuine chances to influence customer experience, employee benefits and help with housing if needed, and potential for long-term employment after the season.
