Would you like to work with meaningful client relationships and help ensure the daily life and future of Finnish farms? We are now looking for a Farm Advisor for LähiTapiola in Lapland, who wants to grow as an expert and do impactful work with clients. In this role, you will be part of a knowledgeable team and work with both farm and corporate clients. In this job, you will be responsible for comprehensive management of farm client relationships, understanding clients' business operations, supporting their daily life and decision-making, building long-term customer relationships, participating in the work of the corporate expert team, collaborating with various specialists, developing your own skills, and growing as an industry expert. Your main focus will be on managing farm clients, but the role also includes duties as a business advisor. We expect from you You can come from various backgrounds – the most important thing is your motivation to learn and develop. We value if you have: - an understanding of agriculture or the daily life of farm entrepreneurs or - experience working with corporate clients (B2B) and business understanding Additionally, we hope: - a sales-oriented approach and goal orientation - interest in customer work and finding solutions - good interaction skills - willingness to develop and take responsibility We offer You will have the opportunity to do meaningful work close to local owner-customers in Lapland, in a team with excellent employee satisfaction levels according to the 2025 measurement. The salary for the employment relationship is determined according to the Insurance Sector Collective Agreement; the starting salary is 2,384 euros per month and will develop according to the career development path. The final base salary will be based on your previous work experience relevant to the role. Additionally, we pay sales commissions and an annual performance bonus based on results. The employment includes lunch and staff benefits, a flexible work culture, and partial remote work options.
