Bilar99 is a chain specializing in used cars, focusing mainly on eco-friendly, relatively new cars, including electric and hybrid models. We have grown rapidly from a single store to a nationwide chain, and the growth continues. Our shared goal is to exceed customer expectations and build partnerships that lead to future car exchanges. The job involves multi-channel sales of used cars in the store, via chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone. Typical tasks include inspecting incoming cars, pricing used cars, and communicating with partners like repair shops. You will work with a helpful and open team, including other salespeople, a sales assistant, and a sales manager. The work is versatile and responsible, sharing successes and ideas, and solving problems together. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, aligned with store hours, which are Monday to Friday 10-18 and Saturday 10-16, with some flexibility outside these hours. You will have clear sales targets, initially lower, increasing as you develop. Previous sales experience is not necessary but is a plus. A service-oriented and persistent attitude is key.
