We are now looking for a Production Supervisor for a permanent position at our Urjala manufacturing unit. The Urjala unit has a long history of over 60 years in filter manufacturing, combining international corporate practices with a close-knit local community. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee about 20 employees, manage daily production, ensure safety, quality, and delivery schedules, support personnel, organize resources, solve problems, and develop operations continuously. Your role emphasizes close leadership and daily interaction with the team, supporting staff and building effective operational practices. Your tasks include managing around 20 production employees, daily production management, ensuring delivery reliability, organizing resources, resolving absences, maintaining safety and quality, fostering safety culture, conducting development discussions, and developing production with LEAN principles. The role requires close presence at the Urjala site, with occasional remote days. We value experience in supervisory roles, manufacturing or production environments, technical education or relevant background, calmness in changing situations, good communication and teamwork skills, organizational skills, and Finnish language proficiency with English ability. Additional valued skills include LEAN expertise, production development experience, logistics, safety culture understanding, and knowledge of labor law and working hours. Why Parker?
