Would you like to develop opportunities for continuous learning and skill development for education and teaching staff? As a specialist, your task is to produce high-quality, pedagogically designed online courses for professionals in the field. Your role focuses on designing and implementing online courses that address changes and reforms in our sector, deepen and expand expertise. Additionally, you will conceptualize and implement online course offerings aimed at developing broad skills needed in the field, in collaboration with our team. Your on-site community is located in the Strategic Support Unit, which provides paid training under the OPH Kouluttaa brand. Our online course offerings are evolving, so you will also participate in delivering diverse face-to-face and online training as part of our skilled training team. In addition to training production, the unit develops the Finnish National Agency for Education’s customer experience, participation, service design, and enterprise architecture. The unit supports strategic management and the use of digital work environments, and maintains the Open Learning Materials Library (aoe.fi service). The Strategic Support Unit is part of the Customer Relations and Information Department, which provides national competence development and certification services, promotes the utilization of information, and is a strategic partner in agency management and service development.
