Data Engineer - Nordcloud Oy - Finland, Hybrid

We are looking for a Data Engineer with solid experience in building modern data solutions to join our team in Finland. You will be part of our international data team, designing and implementing data pipelines and transformations using leading cloud platforms and data technologies. Your daily responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and transformations, working with modern data architectures such as data lakes, lakehouses, and data warehouses, collaborating with engineers, architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality data solutions, applying best practices in version control, testing, and agile development. Occasional travel may be an option depending on the assignment and your preferences. Your key skills include hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), familiarity with data tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Microsoft Fabric, and fluent communication skills in Finnish and English. Skills considered a plus include certifications in cloud or data platforms or willingness to pursue them. The successful candidate is expected to go through a security clearance.
