Supervisor, Uusimaa - N-Clean Oy - Helsingfors, Finland

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations, development, personnel management, and customer cooperation in an international and people-oriented environment. The role combines practical daily management, high-quality service delivery, development, and financial responsibility. Your tasks include managing the operation, quality, and customer satisfaction; leading personnel, recruiting, onboarding, shift planning, and supporting work ability; maintaining and developing customer relationships and promoting additional sales; monitoring finances, budgets, and resources; developing operations, identifying risks, and ensuring a safe working environment; reporting key figures and service smoothness; and participating in cleaning tasks if needed. We expect you to have relevant education and experience in property or service sectors; experience in supervisory work or team guidance is an advantage; good interaction and cooperation skills; customer-oriented and solution-focused approach; ability to plan and develop cost-effective operations; readiness to be responsible for your site’s operations and results; digital skills; positive, responsible, and goal-oriented attitude; fluent Finnish and English skills; flexibility in working hours; and a driver’s license. We offer a permanent, full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, with work scheduled on weekdays and weekends, starting early at 6:00 am, during the day, and in the evening. The salary is competitive, approximately 2500–2800 €/month depending on experience.
