We are looking for wet painters for our client Lainisalo Defence Painting Oy in Kaarina. In this role, you will work on industrial surface treatment, responsible for wet painting of metal parts and other workshop tasks. Join a professional and developing work community! Lainisalo Defence Painting has initiated strategic cooperation with Stera Technologies Oy to expand surface treatment operations, introduce new production facilities, and modern painting lines. Workday As a wet painter, you will work on surface treatment and painting of industrial metal parts in a modern painting environment. Your workday will mainly consist of pre-treatment, wet painting, and other workshop tasks. The work is physical and requires careful and meticulous work habits. You will work as part of a team but also need to work independently and proactively. The work begins in July, with working hours generally from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Initially, work is in a single shift, but the role may require two-shift work in the future. We appreciate * Experience in wet painting or industrial surface treatment * Understanding of surface treatment processes * Experience with sandblasting, shot blasting, or galvanizing is considered an advantage * Good attitude, careful and precise work approach, and proactive work ethic * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Fluent Finnish language skills * Forklift experience and basic computer skills are considered an advantage We offer At Lainisalo Defence Painting Oy, you will work in a financially stable company where employee well-being and a positive work atmosphere are key.
