We are looking for a customer-service oriented truck driver. Our client is a well-established logistics company offering moving services, corporate relocations, furniture installation and various transport services, primarily in the Turku region and surroundings. Job description: The truck driver's work includes driving as well as customer interactions and loading/unloading of goods. Work mostly during daytime on weekdays, with possible evening shifts. Start by agreement and the position is long-term; shifts may initially be on a freelance/temporary basis. The job is physically demanding and involves a lot of movement, lifting and carrying during the day, with emphasis on careful handling of customer property. Work is done together with the rest of the team, so good cooperation and smooth communication are important. We expect previous experience as a truck driver, a C-driver's license and a valid professional competency. We would prefer experience in distribution and/or moving work. The nature of the job requires good physical condition and good cooperation and communication skills. You must be reliable, precise and able to work independently and quickly. Proficiency in Finnish and customer-service minded attitude are essential. We offer a diverse and varied job with good onboarding and a supportive work community. The pay is according to the Moving Services Industry collective agreement ranging from 12.46 to 17.40 €/h, depending on experience and training.
