Interim HR Manager - Poolia Suomi Oy - Helsingfors, Finland

Role Overview Your day-to-day work combines operational HR, employee relations, and advisory support to leaders. You will take ownership of local HR activities and ensure continuity, consistency, and compliance in a dynamic plant environment. Your responsibilities include, for example: Acting as an HR partner and advisor to plant leadership on daily HR topics Managing employee relations cases Ensuring compliance with local labor law, collective agreements, and company policies Monitoring and analyzing HR KPIs (and providing insights for decision-making Supporting recruitment activities and onboarding processes where needed Supporting ongoing HR projects and contributing to process improvements Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment. What We Expect from You You are a practical, solution-oriented HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities. We expect you to have: Suitable educational background (e.g., University of Applied Sciences) Solid experience in HR generalist or HR Business Partner roles Experience with union relations and collective bargaining environments Strong knowledge of employee relations and Finnish labor law Experience working in a manufacturing or fast-paced operational environment Ability to support stakeholders at different organizational levels A structured and proactive way of working, with strong ownership Confidence in handling sensitive situations and making decisions Strong communication and collaboration skills A data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into actions Fluency in Finnish and English.
