We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic assistant store manager for our Normal store in Espoo. The assistant store manager plays a key role in creating a unique shopping and customer experience for customers. You will work as a team with the store manager, motivating and developing employees in an open and joyful environment. Together you will ensure the store operates efficiently and reaches sales goals. The visual presentation of the store and team leadership are your passions. You will have the opportunity to learn from top professionals, with the aim of giving you a strong starting point for both professional and personal growth. You may someday want to become a store manager within the NORMAL chain.
