We are now looking for a kitchen shift supervisor at Strindberg Esplanade in the heart of Helsinki! This is a permanent position where you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the kitchen as part of a professional team. Your responsibilities include: Managing the operational activities of the kitchen during the shift, organizing daily work and supporting the team, ensuring smooth execution of à la carte orders, maintaining quality and work practices, supporting the supervisor in developing kitchen operations. We expect from you: Experience as a shift supervisor / shift manager or chef, experience in an à la carte environment, good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, ability to work independently and as part of a team, hygiene passport, Finnish language skills.
