We are now looking for two sales-oriented Member Hosts to strengthen our team at SATS Farsta during the summer! You should be able to work at least 50% during weeks 28-32, with training in June. There is also an opportunity to work at MiniSATS and extra during autumn. Key to success: You go the extra mile to give each member an extraordinary experience and find the right SATS product for their needs. You get energy from seeing our members’ development and the difference we make by helping them become healthier and happier. You enjoy working with sales and providing top-class service. You work independently but also enjoy being part of a team. You have a genuine interest in training and stay updated on SATS product offerings. You take responsibility for member feedback and ensure they feel comfortable, engaged, and motivated during their gym visits. Your areas to shine: You take pride in keeping the gym welcoming by following routines for operations and cleaning. You are excellent at selling memberships, PT offers, and products in our shop. You master the use of SATS tools and improve efficiency and accuracy in our systems and methods. Are you the one we are looking for? Do you have practical work experience and an interest in sales?
