As a measurement supervisor or measurement manager, you play a key role in ensuring that production receives high-quality, up-to-date, and supportive models as well as reliable measurement and quality data throughout the project phases. At Destia, we build infrastructure for people. We are looking for measurement supervisors or measurement managers across Finland for our road and data center projects. You will lead measurement activities comprehensively from planning to implementation, working as part of a multidisciplinary project team and collaborating closely with designers, production management, site managers, and subcontractors. Your responsibilities include preparing and refining models for production needs, quantity calculations, managing quantity data based on models, planning, coordinating, and quality assurance of measurement activities, producing and utilizing drone measurement data, documenting and producing measurement data and quality data, and developing work methods. We offer the opportunity to work on significant model-based infrastructure projects with modern tools and a skilled team. You will influence the development of measurement and modeling processes and grow as a top expert in the field. You succeed if you have strong experience in model-based infrastructure construction, good skills in quantity surveying and model handling, the ability to produce and process drone measurement data, proficiency with digital tools like 3D Win, Infrakit, Vektor.io, and Trimble Connect, experience with measurement systems and devices, and at least five years of experience as a measurement supervisor in model-based infrastructure projects. You work independently, solve practical problems, and want to develop procedures. You communicate well and have good interaction skills. Travel readiness is required.
