Produktionsarbetare

We are seeking a production worker for Plastweld Oy to take on diverse tasks in the production environment. The role involves working across different departments with tasks such as post-processing and assembly of plastic products, operation of a rotation molding machine, and plastic welding. The job requires readiness for a two-shift schedule and Finnish as the working language in production. We expect prior experience in industrial production or relevant technical training, good physical condition, the ability to work independently, meticulous workmanship, careful and responsible attitude, a focus on quality and occupational safety, a positive and eager-to-learn mindset, and a willingness to commit long-term. Experience with forklift loading and plastic welding is a plus. Prior plastic industry experience is not mandatory as a comprehensive onboarding and training are provided.
