We are now looking for full-time cleaning supervisors for industrial sites in the Pori and Harjavalta areas. In this role, you will act as the right hand to the supervisor, assisting with quality control, planning, and employee orientation. You will be in close contact with client sites and also perform maintenance cleaning tasks at the sites. Shifts are scheduled every day of the week from Monday to Sunday between 06:00-14:00. The position requires previous cleaning experience of about 2 years, and education in the field is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Finnish is required, and helpful knowledge of English is a plus. Deep impact beyond the surface. What does success in this role require? Previous cleaning work experience and education in the field is an advantage, proactive and self-directed work attitude, fluent Finnish language skills and helpful English skills, safety card is an advantage, but training can be provided if needed, B driver's license and ability to use own car.
