Your workday mainly consists of house cleaning or other household tasks at our customers' homes. Our operating principle is that work is not done in a rush, and we give the customer time. We offer customers a diverse and warm service experience. Common cleaning tasks include regular weekly cleaning, window washing, move-out cleaning, and other household chores where the customer needs help. You can schedule your workdays yourself between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays. You also have the opportunity to plan your own shifts, allowing you to better coordinate with your free time. We will thoroughly train you on the work tasks and sites before you start working, so there is no need to stress about that. We have received positive feedback from our employees about our comprehensive and diverse onboarding. During training, you will work with a partner, and independent work will only start when you feel ready. You will be moving around by car, so a valid driving license (B) is essential. We offer a company car and fuel. If you use your own car, we will pay you mileage compensation. Naturally, we also pay for your travel between customer sites.
