We are looking for a Construction Project Engineer to join our Turku team for diverse building construction tasks. You will assist project managers in projects and be responsible for assigned construction and project tasks. A suitable background for success in this role includes your education in the field and knowledge of the construction industry. Experience in construction management is an advantage but not essential. Your background could also be in contracting, site operations, or design. You can be at the beginning of your career or an experienced construction professional. The key factors for success are a positive attitude, willingness to take responsibility, and eagerness to learn. We value an approach characterized by genuine customer service orientation and initiative. You work carefully and accurately with figures, contracts, and documents. You are familiar with the general contractual terms of the construction industry, and knowledge of consulting contract terms is considered an advantage. Success in this role requires good collaboration and communication skills, as well as up-to-date IT skills. Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
