KotiAvustajat® have served clients for 15 years in Seinäjoki and have expanded their operations over the years to Alavus, Ilmajoki, Kuortane, Kaustinen, Veteli, Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, Vantaa, Lempäälä, Pirkkala, Sastamala, and Tampere. We are seeking independent KotiAvustaja entrepreneurs across Finland who will collaborate with KotiAvustajat® based on a unique operational model in their own municipality. As a KotiAvustaja, you can influence your local elderly residents’ well-being by providing good care, support, and practical help at home. You will assist and care for clients’ well-being, offering guidance to maintain their health and functional capacity. Home visits focus on weekdays, and you will have time to meet clients. All KotiAvustajat® operate under the unique KotiAvustajat® brand, which creates better conditions for your business and opportunities to develop your skills. Customer relationships are generally long-term, providing security for your entrepreneurship. You have good potential for very good earnings, which naturally depend on your effort and activity. You will perform customer work with your personality and full heart. Openness, listening skills, and a desire to help are your most important qualities. Your approach is based on good customer service, always working for the client. You have a health sector qualification (e.g., nurse, public health nurse, occupational therapist, pharmacist, physiotherapist, etc.), a hygiene passport, a car for personal use, and excellent Finnish language skills.
