Based in Sydney, and reporting to the Senior Partner and Head of the Global Technology Markets Practice for APAC, this is an opportunity to join a growing team as an Associate that will play an important role in supporting clients to address their organisational performance outcomes through the appointment and development of talent across CEO, Board and Executive Leadership engagements. Working closely with the Senior Partner and Head of the Global Technology Markets Practice for APAC, Partners and Senior Associates, the primary focus of the Associate is to successfully execute search assignments brought into the firm by a Partner. The Associate will project manage and play a critical role in the entire search execution process from candidate development to client management and assist in business development by providing superior client service, supplying leads to Partners on potential new business, and enhancing current client relationships.
