Work: As a sales associate, you play an important role in the store and in creating a shopping experience for customers. You will work with our exciting products, and it is important for us that the store is always well-maintained and tidy for customers. Your responsibilities: - Prioritize customers to ensure they feel welcome and return - Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and attractive displays - Customer service and stocking shelves - Opening and closing the store - Serving at the cash register. We expect from you: - Experience in retail and a busy work environment - Interested in store operations, entrepreneurial mindset, and customer focus - Work independently and efficiently - Customer service in Finnish (B1 level), and knowledge of English/Swedish is appreciated - Fearless in work and attentive to details — eager to create attractive displays - Team player and able to contribute to a positive atmosphere - Serve customers in Finnish (B1 level) — additional language skills are a plus.
