We are seeking a fixed-term teacher for the forest industry at Keuda Saaren kartano. As a teacher, your responsibilities include teaching and guiding students in basic and vocational qualifications in the forest industry. You will be responsible for developing and updating individual competence development plans (HOKS) together with the team. Additionally, your tasks include supervising workplace learning, planning and assessing demonstrations, maintaining contact with students and workplace supervisors, and preparing training and apprenticeship agreements. Work environments include Saaren kartano's learning environments, industry workplaces, and an online learning platform. Qualifications for the teaching position are determined according to the decree on the qualifications of education personnel 986/1998. Teaching work requires up-to-date expertise in the field and professional networks. We value student-oriented, good interaction and guidance skills, as well as the ability to implement flexible pedagogical solutions. A minimum of B-class driving license is also required. We appreciate an open and enthusiastic attitude towards the development of the field and digital pedagogy. Before starting the job, the selected candidate must present a criminal background check issued within 4 months according to law 504/2002 and a medical certificate of health.
