Forward Deployed Engineer | Fresh - RELEX Solutions - Distans - Globalt

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to be our first hire in the US, embedded in our largest and fastest-growing market. You will be the technical face of RELEX Fresh to US grocery retailers — combining engineering ability with real customer presence. You will own high-impact AI deployments from pre-sales to production, working directly with customers to ensure our solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. Engage across the full customer organization: from C-suite to the shop floor. You own relationships at every level, from the executive sponsor setting the mandate to the store staff running your solution day to day. Lead requirements end-to-end: gather, understand, workshop, challenge, and agree on what customers actually need, not just what they ask for. You are the person who makes sure we build the right thing. Write production code: you will build and ship the core solution directly, and collaborate with central engineers to contribute improvements back into the product. Your code runs in live customer environments. Own the outcomes: KPI delivery on the customer side, solution performance, and SLAs. You are accountable until it works, and you know what “works” means in measurable terms.
