This is a fixed-term parental leave replacement ending on 30.9.2026. As a sales assistant, your tasks include customer service, unloading and picking tasks, and cash register work, participating in daily customer service and product handling in various forms. Additionally, your duties include cashier office tasks. You will have the opportunity to develop customer experience at the forefront of Finnish retail. We expect from you: a cheerful customer service attitude and flexibility, a positive mind and a brisk, proactive work approach, good teamwork skills, a fearless attitude and sense of responsibility, punctuality, the ability to work during all store hours (Kespro Lahti wholesale working hours are Mon-Fri 6-18.30, Sat and Sun 7.15-15), proficient use of MS Office, fluent Finnish language skills, at least 18 years of age. Forklift driving skills, a hygiene passport, and experience in retail, catering, or logistics are a plus but not mandatory.
