We are looking for two drilling well maintenance technicians for a permanent position with our client Lamminranta Oy, with opportunities for training in the field! Lamminranta Oy has grown since 2015 into a financially stable professional in the cleaning and maintenance of boreholes. We perform work with unique technology and equipment – customer service and trust are our priorities. We are now seeking a drilling well maintenance technician to join our client’s team in Southern Finland (Mäntsälä depot). The work involves mobile travel within Southern Finland and occasionally across Finland. You can start with installation and maintenance visits from home, but during longer trips, overnight stays are required depending on the locations. Therefore, readiness to travel is necessary. What will you do? You will clean boreholes with specialized equipment on a truck and replace borehole pumps with a van. You work independently at customer sites but are never alone – the supervisor and technical expert are always available by phone for support. We expect from you: - C-class driving license (mandatory – no professional qualification required), - Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude, - Independent work ethic and willingness to work outdoors year-round, regardless of weather, - Willingness to learn – prior experience in maintenance, installation, plumbing, or electrical work, as well as suction or pressure jetting, is a plus. We offer: - Comprehensive orientation to the field and the role, - Permanent direct employment with the client, not a temporary agency contract, - Starting wage of €16.38/hour during training, increasing to €17/hour upon meeting targets (2 borehole cleanings per day) – and salary development based on your progress, - Per diem according to tax authority guidelines and accommodations during work trips, - Stable employment in a growing company that values a small, close-knit team (11 members). Good to know: The job requires mobility and working in confined spaces and borehole structures, so physical fitness is important.
